Entry into the Roxbourg Professional MBA and Professional DBA pathways begins with admission to the Roxbourg Entrepreneurs Fellowship Program, managed from Switzerland. The program empowers purpose-driven founders to build and accelerate ventures tackling humanity’s core challenges - including access to nutrition, healthcare, housing, education, and startup capital.

4.1 Fellowship Architecture & Team Empowerment

• Roxbourg Fellowship Requirement: Candidates must demonstrate active commitment to an innovative, double-bottom-line venture prior to formal enrollment under a Swiss civil agreement.

• Cycle Windows: The program calendar offers 3 intake windows per year, aligning with the beginning of each 100-day Launchpad Track.

• Venture Team Expansion & Core Team Scholarships: Upon completing the Launchpad Track, lead fellows empower their core team by unlocking merit-based scholarships for up to 4 core team members to pursue the Roxbourg Professional MBA without additional tuition fees.

4.2 Eligibility Criteria for Roxbourg Professional Qualifications

To maintain the rigor of the Roxbourg Professional Validation process, applicants must meet the following three criteria:

1. Demonstrated Social Impact Project: Applicants must prove they are currently developing or operating a venture addressing fundamental human needs across Essential Resources (clean water, balanced nutrition, breathable air, renewable energy) or Social Infrastructure (quality education, reliable healthcare, secure housing, startup capital, and self-expression). Candidates must demonstrate a clear commitment to accelerating their venture using the SwissMBA.Org system during enrollment.

2. Foundational Professional Literacy: Candidates must demonstrate a functional understanding of venture fundamentals, including Strategic Thinking (defining a long-term vision), Operational Awareness (managing execution and delivery), and Market & Growth Engagement (storytelling, resource mobilization, and securing anchor deals). Roxbourg prioritizes professional experience and real-world execution over traditional academic transcripts.

3. Entrepreneurial Mindset & Adaptability: Applicants must demonstrate a Tolerance for Ambiguity (making sound decisions without fully defined paths), a Commitment to Experimentation (testing, learning, and iterating rapidly), and a Collaborative Spirit (adhering to mutual respect and peer learning within the Roxbourg community).

Candidate Disclosure: Eligibility for the Roxbourg Professional MBA or Professional DBA is evaluated by the Roxbourg Service Professional Academic Affairs (SPAA). Meeting entry criteria grants fellowship admission but does not guarantee final qualification issuance, which depends strictly on real-world venture validation by the Professional Validation Board.

4.3 Merit-Based Scholarship Framework

The fellowship allows candidates to apply and qualify for a merit-based scholarship toward the Roxbourg Professional MBA or DBA program to offset service fees.

• Scholarship Structure: Fees include a mandatory 800 Swiss Francs activation fee plus a merit-based service fee. Candidates indicate the service fee contribution (in Swiss Francs) they can sustainably commit based on professional achievements, venture scope, and local economic conditions. Roxbourg seeks to cover remaining costs through institutional sponsors.

• Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, as Roxbourg provides immediate digital access to proprietary resources upon enrollment processing.

Scholarship Evaluation Criteria

The Roxbourg Scholarship Committee evaluates candidates across four pillars:

• Venture Maturity & Impact: The degree to which your venture actively addresses core humanitarian challenges.

• Strategic Need: The specific professional acceleration support required to achieve venture scalability.

• Economic Context: Local economic conditions and income stability to ensure funding reaches candidates who need it most.

• Skin in the Game: The personal or professional capital, time, and resources already committed to the mission.

The Scholarship Award Process

1. Impact Application: Detailed submission outlining your venture's milestones, achievements, and goals.

2. Professional Interview: Qualified candidates are invited to discuss their vision and alignment with the Roxbourg acceleration methodology.

3. Validation of Evidence: Review of supporting documentation, such as CV/LinkedIn profile, proof of legal entity registration, or project feasibility evidence.

4. Scholarship Offer: Successful candidates receive an official Scholarship Offer valid for 14 days.

5. Pre-Onboarding & Induction: Admitted candidates complete Pre-Onboarding followed by a formal induction session.

Exclusions & Policy Notes: Candidates are responsible for their own computer hardware and high-speed internet access. Roxbourg does not provide direct equity or debt investment in ventures. Scholarships are awarded at the sole discretion of the Roxbourg Institute and require adherence to the 80% Attendance Rule and the Roxbourg Code of Conduct. Failure to maintain active engagement may result in scholarship revocation for future tracks.
