Swiss Professional Entrepreneurship Master of Business Acceleration System (SwissMBA.Org)
The SwissMBA.Org system is a structured 27-step methodology designed to guide purpose-driven founders through the Roxbourg Entrepreneurs Fellowship Program over a 12-month period.
Building a sustainable, high-impact enterprise requires more than passion - it demands clarity, rhythm, and execution. By breaking down the venture-building journey into a predictable, track-based framework, SwissMBA.Org removes guesswork, prevents founder burnout, and ensures that ventures move systematically from initial specialization to scalable, double-bottom-line reality. Through this process, fellows learn to build and accelerate ventures tackling humanity’s core challenges - including access to nutrition, healthcare, housing, education, and startup capital.
Open Access Policy: The SwissMBA.Org methodology is open for everyone to use. Any founder, organization, or accelerator is welcome to adopt, share, and apply this framework to build sustainable ventures. We simply ask that you always give credit and acknowledge the source as SwissMBA.Org.
The 3-Track Architecture
The 12-month journey is divided into three distinct 100-day tracks, each designed to achieve a major milestone in your venture's growth:
Launchpad Track (100 Days): Master the fundamentals of building a sustainable venture while establishing a rock-solid operational, legal, and strategic foundation. Completing this track empowers your core team by unlocking up to 4 additional Professional MBA scholarships.
Acceleration Track (100 Days): Focus on identifying core venture strengths, securing gap-filling anchor deals, and establishing a repeatable process for driving sustainable double-bottom-line revenue.
Accreditation Track (100 Days): Drive international strategy, secure global partnerships, and prepare to showcase your venture live before the Professional Validation Board and at GoodFestival in Switzerland.
