The Roxbourg Post Doc Fellowship

The Roxbourg Post Doc Fellowship is our most flexible program where you decide your yearly and quarterly goals. You decide how many sessions you want to attend. You decide the time that works for you. You choose your Study Group. You decide your role at Roxbourg. You can join the Roxbourg Standards Advisory Board (SAB) or the Roxbourg Jury. You will also have a pivotal role in deciding the scope of the Roxbourg Residency Program currently being developed as part of the Roxbourg Humanitarian School and the Roxbourg Advanced Research Institute.

:: Build and scale up any humanitarian or environmental venture as part of the Roxbourg Investment Accelerator and Roxbourg Advanced Research Institute.

:: Recommend anyone including yourself and your team for a Roxbourg MBA or a Roxbourg Doctorate.

:: Option to get accredited to co-lead Roxbourg Jam Sessions.

:: Option to join the Roxbourg Jury that decides who graduates from the Roxbourg Institute of Social Entrepreneurship (RISE), Switzerland.

:: Option to join GoodFestival, the world’s biggest celebration of sustainable innovation as a keynote speaker and receive special tickets.

:: Option to launch your own Professional Higher Education Academy and a customized MBA program accredited by Roxbourg.

Fellowship Eligibility

You have an accredited professional doctorate or an academic doctorate with at least 20 years of experience in building sustainable ventures.

Graduation Requirements

In the first year, you decide the scope of your for-profit venture or not-for-profit project that you want to accelerate at Roxbourg - clean water, balanced nutrition, breathable air, renewable energy, quality education, reliable healthcare, secure habitat, or job creation - followed by establishing a financially sustainable organization in maximum two years.

Fellowship Program Fees

The total fee ranges from 8,800 to 56,000 Swiss Francs payable in two parts:
