Today, millions of female founders cannot get their ventures funded; thousands of women leaders in established organizations cannot get their initiatives sponsored and as a result, hundreds of women leaders struggle to accelerate their careers.

Let's be clear - this is a known problem. Millions of pages have been written; many committees have been convened; speeches have been made; initiatives have been launched but here are the facts:

So what are we doing about this situation?

Our mission is simple - design and roll-out the most comprehensive professional higher education program in the world.

We are currently reaching out to founders of new ventures and leaders of established organizations to scope the 1,000+ scholarships for women leaders that will be part of Roxbourg One Million Scholarships, the world’s biggest scholarship program for men and women who are focusing on gender equity.

How can you participate?

:: You can nominate anyone for a scholarship.
:: You can join the Jury that decides who gets the scholarship.
:: You can decide to be a coach or a mentor to the women leaders.
:: You can co-sponsor up to 1,000 women leaders in your organizations.
